How long does it take to activate the service?

It will take about 3 business days to activate our posting access to your social media accounts and see the first posts live.

What if I do not have any social media pages yet?

We will create your social media accounts as needed at no additional cost. You will keep full control even if you terminate your contract with 01 Social.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process our payments through Stripe, allowing you to use all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You will receive an invoice by email and will be able to pay directly. Upon subscribing to the service, you can sign up for auto-pay to have your invoice paid automatically at the beginning of each month.

Additionally, clients in Canada have the option to pay by Interac or by cheque (Canadian dollars only, issued by Canadian banks)

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade/downgrade to a different plan, or add custom services as needed. Contact us to discuss this further.

Are there set up fees?

There is no additional fee apart from the monthly subscription

How much notice do I need to cancel my contract?

We do not have any fixed contract (unless you purchased a yearly plan which gives you a 20% discount). Just let us know 10 days prior to your renewal date for us to cancel your plan and avoid your account to be billed for the next month.
